Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University has been at the forefront of building the capacity of SMEs and providing them with a wide range of support services in Nigeria since 2003. Key programs are Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) and Social Sector Management. More recently we have started sector focused programs (School Leadership Program-SLD and Health Management Program-HMP). EDC is responsible for building enterprise culture across Pan-Atlantic University where all 200-Level students start and operate an enterprise on Campus for one year.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness and increase program enrollments.
Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns using digital marketing tools, social media, and traditional media.
Sales and Lead Management
Drive the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, follow-up, and enrollment conversion.
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and deliver personalized communication.
Design and Program Materials
Create and oversee the production of marketing and program materials, including brochures, handbooks, and event calendars.
Collaborate with internal teams and external designers to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent outputs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Events
Build relationships with participants, sponsors, and partners to strengthen collaborations and loyalty.
Coordinate events, workshops, and program launches to support marketing and outreach objectives.
Customer Experience and Participant Support
Act as the primary point of contact for participant inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
Gather feedback and insights to improve participant satisfaction and program offerings.
Data and Performance Analysis
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, sales pipelines, and participant engagement metrics.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure measurable outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in education or professional services.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, HubSpot, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Core Skills:
Marketing and Branding: Expertise in creating impactful marketing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency.
Sales Management: Proven ability to manage and convert leads through effective sales processes.
CRM Management: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and improve communication.
Creative Design: Strong ability to create high-quality materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Event Coordination: Skilled in organizing and managing events to drive engagement and program success.
Data Analysis: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve marketing and sales strategies.
