Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles.
• This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and an opportunity to develop skills in talent acquisition, communication, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:

• Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract candidates.

Screening Applications:

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the role.

Coordination:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain an organized database of candidate information and recruitment activity.

Support Recruitment Campaigns:

• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in creating engaging content for recruitment campaigns.

Administrative Support:

• Update and manage recruitment trackers and systems.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required to support the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
