We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (English)

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and potential homeowners, investors, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's clientele.
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and other proactive sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and investors, showcasing property listings and investment opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide clients with the best possible advice.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Candidates should possess at least an HND
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record of successful sales.
• Clientele: Must have an established clientele and the ability to quickly generate funds through your network.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one other language.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals efficiently.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, and relevant legal requirements.
• Motivation: Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to use social media and other software for digital marketing
