We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This may involve identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and creating sales plans.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, networking events, and inbound marketing tactics. This involves identifying potential prospects and initiating contact to introduce products or services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. This may involve regular communication, follow-up, and relationship-building activities.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of products or services. This may involve customizing presentations based on the needs and interests of each prospect.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, or proposals with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. This may involve overcoming objections, addressing pricing concerns, and closing deals in a timely manner.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales volumes and track sales performance against targets using sales analytics and reporting tools. Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Product and Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the industry in which it operates. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and updates, and be able to communicate this information effectively to clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share customer feedback and market insights to inform product and marketing decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2-7 years relevant work experience.
