Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to join our growing team.
The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for Davethan Technologies.
This role will focus on leveraging digital platforms to enhance online presence, engage target audiences, and support the business development and sales team in achieving their goals.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, innovative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote Davethan's services and products.
Collaborate with the business development team to align digital marketing strategies with revenue goals and sales targets.
Create and optimize content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage and grow Davethan's social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.
Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance SEO efforts.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage leads, nurture prospects and drive conversions.
Develop targeted email sequences for different audience segments, focusing on sales and revenue growth.
Track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, preparing regular reports for the leadership team.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Proactively identify digital marketing opportunities that contribute to lead generation and revenue growth.
Produce high-quality graphics, visuals, and written materials.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (eg., Canva, Adobe, etc)
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Experience with content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) for tracking and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly (depending on experience and qualifications).
