Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective implementation of solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data, trends, and KPIs to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
• Solution Development: Work closely with IT and functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Develop reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Project Support: Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and process modeling tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis/ Project management are highly desirable.
