Job Title: Head of Visa Division

Job Summary
The Head of Visa Division is responsible for managing and driving the growth of visa processing services for both online and offline clients.
This role ensures seamless operations, compliance with global regulations, and excellent customer service for B2C, B2B, and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will oversee visa advisory, application processing, and partnerships with embassies and consulates while implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and revenue.
Specific Responsibilities
Strategic Management:
Develop and execute the division’s strategy to align with the company’s overall objectives for both online and offline channels.
Identify new market opportunities, expand service offerings, and establish partnerships with embassies, consulates, and visa facilitation centers.
Drive revenue growth through innovative service packages, upselling, and cross-selling to clients.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with international and local regulations.
Standardize workflows and implement technology solutions to streamline visa application processes.
Maintain a robust database of visa requirements for various destinations and ensure timely updates.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide top-notch visa advisory services to clients, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Build strong relationships with key clients, including individuals, corporates, and travel partners.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the visa services team to deliver exceptional service.
Establish performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements for visa processing services.
Mitigate risks by maintaining proper documentation, verifying client information, and addressing potential fraud or compliance issues.
Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, travel restrictions, and geopolitical developments.
Data and Reporting:
Analyze data on visa applications, processing times, and client demographics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations.
Implement tracking and reporting systems to monitor success metrics such as application approvals and revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional certification in Travel and Tourism Management is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in visa processing or travel services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing visa services for B2B and B2C clients.
Proficiency in visa application platforms and CRM tools.
Knowledge of global immigration policies, visa regulations, and travel requirements.
Strong ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
