Job Title: Digital Infrastructure Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As Digital Infrastructure Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, telecommunications circuits, mobile devices, telephone systems, audio-visual equipment and specialized business applications in addition to supporting and implementing applications, process automation support and business requirements gathering/analysis.

• Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software)
• Cloud computing support
• Network and telecommunications support
• Providing support to internal users
• Resolving technology challenges as they arise
• End-user training
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,printers, andscanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over thephone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital infrastructure support, server administration, and network management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of cloud computing and application support.
• Excellent communication skills for end-user support and training.
• Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator.
