The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) uses three official languages: English, French, and Portuguese. Interpretation services for ECOWAS events can include simultaneous interpretation, in-person interpretation, and video conferencing.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Admin / Legal Executive

Locations: Katsina, Kebbi and Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• HR Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts.
• Dispute Resolution: Provide guidance on dispute resolution and represent the company in legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR, Office and Public,and legal roles, preferably in public and universities educationindustry.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge oflabor laws, employment law, and industry regulations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
USD2,650 - USD3,000 per month.
