Job Summary
The Product Manager will oversee the development, optimization, and growth of the online travel agency’s products, including website, mobile app, and ancillary services.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless user experiences, meeting customer needs, and driving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative and competitive solutions.
Specific Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Planning:
Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s overall vision and business goals.
Identify and prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
Product Development:
Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and products.
Create detailed product requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure timely delivery of products by managing timelines, resources, and potential risks.
User Experience and Optimization:
Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve user experiences on digital platforms.
Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and other methodologies to refine products and increase engagement.
Implement personalization features to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
Use analytics tools to track product performance, customer behavior, and business impact.
Generate insights from data to inform product decisions and improvements.
Report on key metrics to stakeholders, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and customer-facing teams.
Gather and manage input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with product goals.
Communicate product updates and timelines effectively across the organization.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Work closely with customer support teams to gather feedback and resolve pain points.
Develop features and solutions tailored to the needs of B2C and B2B clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification in Product Management.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or related industries is compulsory.
Proven track record of successfully managing digital products from concept to launch.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, APIs, and agile development methodologies.
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
