Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented People Development Manager to lead our training initiatives, recruitment efforts, and other key activities aimed at equipping our clients with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
• This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for fostering growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development Management:

• Design, implement, and manage a variety of training programs focused on skill development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to assess training needs and align programs with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they meet client needs and enhance employee performance.
• Stay up to date with trends in employee development and integrate best practices into training initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire the best talent for various roles within the organization and for clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and universities.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

Employee Engagement & Performance:

• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development within the organization and for clients.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure continuous growth opportunities for employees, including mentorship, coaching, and career development.
• Assist in the development of performance management systems and tools to ensure employee success and growth.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their people development needs.
• Customize and deliver training and recruitment solutions that align with client goals.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure successful outcomes in people development initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of training programs, recruitment metrics, and other people development activities.
• Analyze and assess employee development needs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 4+ years of working experience as an HR Manager, People Development Manager, or related HR Executive role.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, performance management systems, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• The ideal candidate will be organized, results-driven, and possess a strategic mindset with a passion for employee growth and organizational development.
• With a minimum of 3 years of proven experience, they should excel in communication and leadership while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
