Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of both our services and products.
Your insights and expertise will guide the development of innovative solutions and optimize service delivery, ensuring we exceed client expectations while staying ahead in the market.
Responsibilities
For Products:
Gather and analyze requirements to design innovative solutions that address client pain points.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and strategy.
Collaborate with the product development team to create roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
Evaluate product performance using data insights and recommend improvements for scalability and user satisfaction.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
For Services:
Work with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
Identify opportunities for new service offerings and optimize existing service delivery processes.
Support the sales and consulting teams by designing tailored solutions and preparing detailed proposals.
Track and analyze service performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Act as the liaison between business teams, clients, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Requirements
Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting or technology-driven environments.
Tools: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques like Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics software.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge: Familiarity with market research, product lifecycle management, business processes, methodologies, service delivery optimization, and best practices.
Mindset: A proactive and client-focused approach with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
Location: Remote role, but applicants must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, for occasional in-person client or team engagements.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Relevant certifications such as CAPM, CCBA, or equivalent are a plus.
Experience in an innovation-driven industry.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the business.
Exposure to project management principles and practices.
