Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
Coordination:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
• Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
• Ensure efficient use of resources and streamline processes
• Manage the administrative team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit talented staff, including designers, sales teams, and support staff
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
• Develop and implement training programs for new staff

Performance Evaluation:

• Set performance goals and objectives for staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth

Training (Internal):

• Develop and implement training programs for existing staff
• Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Procurement:

• Source and procure necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and services
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Parameters to Measure Performance

• No of times there a production delays.
• Staff turnover rate.
• Monthly Revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in a business management or supervisory role
• Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to challenges.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience with HR management software.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
