Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, smart, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will combine sales skills with inventory management expertise and a flair for social media engagement to support both in-store and online sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the store’s product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Drive sales by achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Post engaging content on the store’s social media platforms to promote products, boost visibility, and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, guiding customers to the store.
• Manage stock-taking and inventory records to track product availability and identify when restocking is needed.
• Communicate with suppliers to place orders for replenishment and ensure timely restocking of items.
• Keep the store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing through effective merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and process transactions accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and new arrivals to effectively inform customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in any field,
• Experience preferably in sales, inventory management, or social media marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in managing stock and inventory, with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for content creation and customer engagement.
• Ability to work proactively and take initiative to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Capability to work under minimal or no supervision and consistently deliver excellent results.
• Team-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
