Role Overview

• Responsible for managing the kitchen, planning menus, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards in food service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative menus and recipes to meet customer preferences.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
