Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and process check-ins/check-outs.
• Manage bookings, payments, and guest inquiries.
• Handle phone calls and emails professionally.
• Address guest complaints and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
