Role Overview

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management;Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
