Job Title: Executive Assistant / Front Desk Officer

Location: Bode Thomas - Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Provide a warm, professional and Friendly attitude to welcome guest
• Responsible for scheduling, and confirmation of appointments, meetings and reservations for executives.
• Provide information about our services, products etc to our clients.
• Responsible for maintaining visitor's logs, appointments and other records.
• provide administrative support to the CEO, Executives and senior managers
• Handle multiple task simultaneously and priotize task.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Create and organize documents, reports and presentations.
• Prepare minutes of meeting and briefing the executives.
• Handle sensitive information and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Organize company events, business functions and conferences.
• Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to appropriate department.
• Assist with administrative task.
• Assist with project management and follow up on task.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
