We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Strategy Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategy.

Business Development:

• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.
• Drive innovation and transformation initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Work closely with the executive team to align strategies with business goals.
• Communicate strategies across departments to ensure alignment and execution.

Performance Monitoring:

• Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data to refine strategies and ensure objectives are met.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (required).
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).

Experience:

• Proven experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role.
• Industry-specific experience may be required depending on the organization.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team-building expertise.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research tools.
