Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collect data: Gather data from hard copy documents or other sources
• Input data: Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or other computer systems
• Review data: Check data for accuracy and consistency
• Update data: Update databases with new or revised information
• Back up data: Perform regular backups to preserve information
• Retrieve data: Find records and electronic files in the database
• Organize data: Categorize and label data to make it easier to search and retrieve
• File documents: File digital documents appropriately

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND qualification with 2 years experience.

Skills:

• Typing speed: Type quickly and accurately
• Organizational skills: Manage and retrieve data efficiently
• Communication skills: Work well with others and respond to inquiries
• Attention to detail: Ensure data is accurate and consistent
• Software knowledge: Use basic software and data management systems
• Self-discipline: Work independently to meet deadlines
• Customer service skills: Provide support to ensure smooth business operations

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
