Job Title: UI-UX Design Officer

Job Summary

• We are currently looking to recruit a UI-UX Design Officer that is result oriented and self-motivated to join our team. You will be required to work from our office in Ikeja.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Developer with both hands & training skills in Web & Mobile Application development, to work from our offices in Ikeja.
• This position will be working within the development team to develop both front-end and back-end functionalities of our tech products (web and mobile apps) and supporting our applications.
• The UX-UI Design Officer will play a key role in crafting seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experiences and interfaces across digital platforms. The applicant will be skilled in combining creative design principles with user-centric methodologies to design, prototype, and optimize interfaces that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities and Duties
Web/App Design:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and task flows to guide the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity mockups to visualize user paths and interactions.
• Collaborating with the marketing team & developers to ensure the creation/delivery of projects;
• Create and design prototypes for web & mobile apps;
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions within a limited time frame;
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design;
• Create and maintain site documentation;
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities;

Graphics Design

• Design/create graphics to meet specific client needs, logos/banners;
• Create visual concepts using video scribe & Easy Sketch Pro;
• Design presentation materials or products;
• You will be required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role;

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma is essential;
• Proficiency in either Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator is essential
• Understanding mobile app design guidelines on Android, iOS platform;
• Understanding of Software Life Cycle, UX / UI User & Functional Testing
• Experience of designing online solutions across multiple browsers and devices;
• Knowledge of a video creating/editing softwware will be a plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work

• Excellent command of English Language - Written and Spoken;
• Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills;

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 year's professional experience
• Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised.

Salary
N150,000.00 + Bonus per month.
