Role Overview

• We're looking for superstars for a 6-monthinternship role for one of our digital projects - SyllabusNG
• We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Content Creator & Community Manager to build and grow our online communities.
• Ideal Candidate is a higher institution student or NYSC member, or someone with less than 2 years POST-NYSC experience.
• The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating compelling social media content, fostering community engagement, and managing platforms like WhatsApp channels and social media pages.
• This role offers the opportunity to unleash your creativity while learning how to grow online communities organically.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow WhatsApp channels and groups, ensuring active and engaged participation.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms to drive organic growth.
• Plan and produce engaging mobile video content, including short videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community across all platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the team to align social content with overall brand strategy.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential:

• Proven ability to build and manage WhatsApp groups or channels.
• Experience in creating and growing social media pages organically.
• Skilled at creating engaging mobile video content.

Bonus:

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Basic photo or video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies.

General Requirements:

• Must own a laptop.
• Strong ability to research and learn independently.
