Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Marketing/Account Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing and account management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
• Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare and present marketing proposals and reports to clients and management.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Lead generation through sales and onboarding new accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and account management, preferably in a technology or fintech environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
