Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented personal assistant to provide administrative support to a busy professional/ executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements.
• Handle email and phone correspondence, respond to messages, and route urgent matters.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Provide event planning and coordination support.
• Anticipate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Knowledge of email management tools and calendar organization.
