Job Description

• Our client in the automobile sector is seeking a persuasive and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team.
• This role involves implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Attract and retain profitable customers.

Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
• 2 - 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Benefits

• Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
• Commission based on performance.
