Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Supervisor

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to interviewing and selecting candidates. They may also work on onboarding new employees and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and resolving conflicts. They foster a positive work environment and ensure fair treatment of employees.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs and helping to design or coordinate programs to enhance employee skills. They ensure that employees are aware of development opportunities and career progression.
Performance Management: Assisting in the implementation of performance evaluation processes, setting performance goals, and supporting managers in addressing performance issues.
Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and company policies. This includes maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements related to hiring, termination, and other HR functions.
Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in the administration of employee compensation, bonuses, and benefits. This includes working with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.
Employee Engagement: Developing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement, such as organizing events, surveys, or employee recognition programs.
HR Reporting: Compiling and analyzing HR data, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment metrics. They often report this information to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Supervising HR Staff: Overseeing and mentoring junior HR team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the HR department.
Health, Safety, and Well-being: Ensuring the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations, and fostering a culture of well-being by promoting programs related to employee health, stress management, and work-life balance.
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
