Job Description
The Sales and Marketing role is crucial for advancing our environmental products, services, and programs. This includes conducting market research and developing effective strategies for our products and services. The selected candidate will also manage public relations activities, foster partnerships, and engage with other stakeholders within a collaborative team environment.
Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Executive will participate in product evaluation by identifying the target audience, setting goals, developing project schedules and budgets, coordinating resources for implementation, and assessing marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Generate leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
Manage the company’s brand presence, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve company goals.
Prepare marketing and sales strategies.
Write monthly reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Professionally respond to client questions.
Target appropriate clients, including facilities, commercial premises, companies, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and educational institutions.
Negotiate sales and finalize business deals with clients, identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and presentations.
Attend high-level business meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role within the Sales Department.
Excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of budgeting and performance management
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and social media platforms.
Outstanding project management skills.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Self-motivated with a Go-getter attitude
Possession of a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive.
