Job Title: Operator - Power Plant

Job Description

• Monitoring and taking care of Operations.
• Maintenance of Gas Gunset
• Carryout proper preventive and corrective Action
• Knowledge of SCADA system (priority)
• Should be capable of handling 12.5 MW gas generators independently
• Experience in maintaining Watsila gas engine
• Experience on hands –on-job
• Maintaining a daily checklist of the logbook, Power reading, Fuel reading, Etc.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years in the FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting power plant equipment (e.g., turbines, generators, boilers, etc.).
• Strong understanding of a power plant's electrical, mechanical, and thermal systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of plant safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and reporting issues.

Salary
N160,000 monthly.
