We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: New Ventures Associate

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for new ventures.
• Business Strategy: Develop business models, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Coordinate and execute key projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry competitors and assess their strategies to identify differentiators and opportunities.
• Presentation Development: Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and other materials to communicate opportunities to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to support the launch and scaling of new ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, startups, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market research tools, and presentation software.
