We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Graduate Intern

Job Summary

• The Project Graduate Intern will assist the project team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Key responsibilities include administrative support, data management, event coordination, and documentation to contribute effectively to achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Event Participation and Reporting:

• Attend project programs and events as directed.
• Draft and submit comprehensive reports immediately after each activity.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to present findings for informed decision-making by the management.

Documentation and Organization:

• Maintain and update project files systematically.
• Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, presentations, and other events, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members.

Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with the team to draft proposal ideas for review and approval by the Project Director.

Progress Reporting:

• Write and maintain progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper documentation of communication for ease of retrieval.

Email Management:

• Monitor and manage project-related email communications.
• Ensure timely responses and appropriate follow-ups for unresolved issues.

Logistics Support:

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for project activities.

Budget and Financial Reporting Assistance:

• Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Assist in filing accurate financial reports.

General Administrative Support:

• Provide any other project-related assistance as assigned by the Project Officer or Director.
