Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Role Overview

• The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the firm’s market presence in IT consulting services.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Strategy:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.
• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate target markets effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and address their needs promptly.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed sales targets by developing proposals and closing deals.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor service offerings.

Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Prepare detailed business proposals and reports based on market insights.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to align business goals with operational capabilities.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT consulting.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in building partnerships and managing client portfolios.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets.
• Knowledge of IT consulting services and solutions.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 / Month (Gross)
