Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Obadore, Lagos

Description 

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
• Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
• Coordinating work effort.
• Advising on legal and contractual issues.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 3 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
