Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a key member of the executive leadership team at Thelix Holdings, responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue, optimize performance, and expand the company’s market share.
This role demands a visionary leader with expertise in scaling businesses, leveraging technology, and spearheading innovation across multiple subsidiaries.
The CGO will collaborate with subsidiary leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of efforts across Thelix’s diverse portfolio, including education technology, career development, financial services, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development:

Revenue Optimization and Market Expansion:
Lead initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and market presence across subsidiaries.

Collaborate with product teams to refine and expand the company’s services.
