Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security & Safety Specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
• This is a mainland-based role, and the successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in security protocols, emergency response, risk management, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all security operations for the facility.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Monitor and manage security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as needed.
• Maintain a secure environment by preventing unauthorized access and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training to staff on safety procedures and security awareness.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to security activities and incidents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security and safety roles, with a strong understanding of risk management and emergency response.
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and manage risk in a proactive manner.
• Relevant certifications in security or safety management (e.g., first aid, fire safety, security management) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Must be based on the mainland and available for full-time commitment.
