Services provide include – engineering, procurement and technical services (EPTS), consultancy services, ICT and related services, and financial advisory and management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager of Operations

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reporting to: Board of Directors

Role Overview

• The General Manager of Operations (GMO) will oversee the entire business operations for the CNG conversion, refuelling, and dispensing business.
• The GMO will be responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute long-term strategies to ensure business growth and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and implement plans to expand operations.
• Generate proactive, market intelligence and lead generation from current and potential clients.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, including government agencies, CNG suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure every document generated by the project resources allocated is prepared, checked, and approved in accordance with the company’s quality management systems.

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor daily operations at Abuja and Enugu facilities, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Set operational goals, track key performance metrics, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure the timely procurement of CNG and other critical supplies to maintain business continuity.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and oversee budgets, including revenue and cost forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profits.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations across all facilities.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor Site Managers, Technical Manager, and other staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and implement professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the energy or automotive sectors.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
