U-Connect is a HR Consultancy and Recruitment company located in Lekki phase 1 Lagos Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Fulfillment Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
• Accurate comprehension, interpretation, and capturing of information, accuracy, and timely response to calls.

Requirements

• OND, HND preferablyin any field.
• Not more than 27 years
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of customer service telephony and technology.
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and other.

Monthly Net Salary

• N138,923.91 Net Salary

Other Benefits:

• HMO + Pension + Leave allowance + 13th Monthly.
