Job Description

• We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the Signage Fabrication industry.
• The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the signage manufacturing sector.
• This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you're passionate about marketing solutions and have a knack for building long-term business relationships, this is an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and markets within the signage manufacturing sector.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company’s client base.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and quotations to clients.
• Track and manage sales pipelines, ensuring follow-ups and timely closing of deals.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts to increase sales and overall business.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote signage products and services.
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless execution of signage projects.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND in any field
•  5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the signage manufacturing sector.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the signage industry trends and potential will be a huge advantage
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing deals.
• Customer-Centric: A customer-first approach that can identify and solve client
• challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

 Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
