Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide support to the CEO.
  • This high-exposure role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • The EA will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, facilitate communication, and support office management and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Organize travel plans and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication across team and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a well-organised filing system for electronic and physical documents.
  • Research and provide solutions to identified issues or gaps in processes.
  • Support office management and administrative services to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and virtual meeting platforms. Soft Skills:
  • Self-starter with the ability to spot issues and proactively implement solutions.
  • Solid research skills with the ability to find information effectively.
  • Extremely organized, capable of managing calendars and maintaining structured systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; articulate and confident in expressing ideas.
  • Hungry to learn, passionate, and curious, with a logical and critical thinking approach.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
