Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experiencedSales Manager with a strong background in both construction and real estate Development to lead our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both industries, with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving business growth.
This role is integral to our company’s expansion, and the Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client relationships, sales performance, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team focused on construction projects, real estate development, and property sales. Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the construction and real estate industries, including developers, contractors, investors, and real estate agents.
Strategic Sales Planning:Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth in both construction and real estate markets.
Business Development:Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth within the construction and real estate sectors, including new construction projects, property sales, and partnerships.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and real estate transactions, ensuring successful closings and strong client satisfaction.
Market Expertise:Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity within both industries to provide insight and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and real estate brokers, to ensure smooth coordination between sales efforts and ongoing projects.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management to senior leadership.
Training & Development: Train and develop sales team members on both construction and real estate products, services, and best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management with a solid background in both construction and real estate.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of both the construction and real estate markets, including property development, real estate transactions, construction processes, and related regulations.
Proven Success: A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and growing revenue within both industries.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing a sales team, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving:Strong ability to analyze situations, overcome challenges, and create innovative solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales in the construction and real estate sectors.
Knowledge of real estate investment, property management, and land development.
