Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and professional Dispatch Rider to join our team in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to specified destinations in a timely manner, ensuring all items are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items as assigned to various locations.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure the security of all items during transit.
• Follow all safety and traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the motorcycle and report any issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling items with care and interacting politely with clients.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
• Experience: At least 1-2years of experience as a Dispatch Rider.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of Port Harcourt and its road network.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and navigation systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A fast learner.
• License: Valid Rider’s Card.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work long hours and handle the physical demands of the job.
• Personal Traits: Punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
