Job Description
Conduct consumer and market research
Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
Design a research-based brand strategy
Rebrand and recreate the CEO of Kodai Construction
Prepare the MD of Kodai Construction for strategic content creation initiatives
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
Lead marketing team members through campaigns
Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date
Ensure the continuous development of the Kodai Construction brand in line with the overall brand strategy across digital platforms
Lead the digital management of precision marketing, social media channels, influencer strategy, SEO, CRM implementation while delivering KPIs across earned, paid and owned media.
Validate promotional objectives/plans along with S&CM and Sales and follow up on implementation.
Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
Devise further growth strategies, and implement them from a brand innovation manager’s point of view
Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company's products or services effectively in the market.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Define brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance, including awareness, perception, and market share.
Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Lead creative development, including advertising, packaging, and content creation.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in branding and marketing.
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Creative thinking and innovative approach to brand development.
