We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Present and promote company products and services to meet client needs.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical and product support to clients.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demands.

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. Masters Degree Holder is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
