We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive- BizEdge

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their unique HR challenges, and offering tailored solutions through our software.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads in target industries and geographic locations.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new business opportunities.

Client Engagement and Needs Assessment:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in prospective organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client HR challenges and business goals.
  • Present tailored HR software solutions that address client-specific needs and pain points.

Product Demonstration and Sales Presentations:

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the benefits and features of the software.
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Address client objections and questions, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Provide client and market feedback to the product development team to enhance the software.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or HR-related solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
