We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Eatery Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As an Eatery Assistant Manager, you will support the senior management team in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
Your role will involve supervising staff performance, ensuring quality standards in food preparation and service, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Oversee daily eatery operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficiency and coordination.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
Track inventory levels, manage supplies, and reduce wastage.
Organize team meetings to discuss performance goals and service improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives for the eatery.
Support senior management with administrative and strategic tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in food service or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in inventory management and financial planning.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
