Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in marketing software, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
