We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: System Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement systems to support business needs.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Conduct system integration and testing to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers, IT staff, and other engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to protect systems from threats.
• Analyze system requirements and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and manuals.
• Manage system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in understanding and working with hardware-software interfaces.
• Proven experience in developing embedded firmware and system frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Work Environment:

• Office-based or hybrid environment, with occasional on-site support as needed.
• Some travel may be required based on project needs.
