Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Decription

  • We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
  • This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, a professional background in law (preferred), and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and efficiency.
  • The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted advisor and critical thinker, helping the CEO manage a wide range of responsibilities, including legal, business, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical.

Strategic and Operational Support:

  • Assist the CEO in monitoring and executing strategic initiatives and key projects.
  • Prepare briefs, summaries, and action points for meetings or events.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for decision-making.

Legal and Compliance Support (preferred for lawyers):

  • Draft, review, and proofread contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Ensure company practices align with relevant regulations and standards.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and communication materials.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Special Projects:

  • Manage ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the CEO, including event coordination, research, and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development of new company initiatives, such as the Real Estate Academy for EASYOWN.

Efficiency and Problem Solving:

  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address challenges.
  • Identify and implement improvements in organizational processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements
Educational Background:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in business administration or project management are an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role or in legal practice, with demonstrated efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Experience in corporate or real estate sectors is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
