D44 Technology is a Water treatment company with the professional capacity and experience to execute water treatment and fire protection services, we manage, install, Upgrade and repair all Systems that fall within the category of the above-mentioned field for residential and commercial/Industrial Facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in Engineering marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of the company's products, services, and market trends. With ability of identifying business opportunities, building client-stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Work with the project management and operation teams to create proposals that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align strategies with business goal
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build visibility and credibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the engineering sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events, if required.
  • Represents the company in terms of Bidding for contract
  • Up to-date with upcoming exhibition that the company can future in and showcase their products
  • Organize Brand awareness campaign
  • Capable to lead a team with a strategic mindset

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, equivalent in engineering, or a related field.
  • A Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the engineering sector.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering products and services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.

Benefits and Packages

  • N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
  • HMO available.
