• We are a premium Apple store dedicated to providing excellent service in the sales and inspection of Apple devices. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team.
• As our Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence, managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and helping us connect with our customers online. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our online efforts support our business goals and help us grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute creative social media strategies that align with our brand and goals.
• Manage and update all our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule posts, monitor account activity, and ensure timely updates.
• Design and create high-quality content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
• Come up with engaging ideas for campaigns, product promotions, and posts that resonate with our audience.
• Stay updated on current trends to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Build a strong online community by interacting with our audience and creating meaningful connections.
• Collaborate with influencers or partners to expand our reach.
• Track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to show what’s working and suggest improvements.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Share ideas during brainstorming sessions and contribute to planning major campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Proven track record of growing followers and boosting engagement across multiple platforms.
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Basic video editing skills to create short, engaging videos.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create catchy captions and meaningful content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and how to use them to improve performance.
• Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
• Creative and full of ideas for interesting content.
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for design and branding.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
• A team player who can also work independently when needed.
