Job Summary

• Are you an experienced housekeeper looking for a new opportunity in the hotel and hospitality industry?
• Stay and Homely Limited is seeking a dedicated individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and a passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry as a housekeeper.
• Relevant educational qualifications in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
